Well, i might as well do a small review of the gig in bilbao!
Set list as far as i recollect, was identical to St. Gallen
Weather was really shit, Liam seemed a little concerned about rain hitting his gear, but everything worked out. Crowd was quite intense up front, but i think people held a little back due to very slippery mud
Crowd response to totally new tracks worlds on fire and warrios dance are batshit insane)
Theres been quite a rework of mescaline, seems less hardhitting than the version from croatia . It’s missing the whole build up to the first drop of beats. Starts Keith saying something like “whatever you do, don’t try the mescaline.” Also the boomy bass from croatia seems lost. Good to see them experimenting though.
The samples from beat 55 “This is it” and “Molotov …. ” is gone, leaving it a bit too empty.
All in all a great gig, but not my best. Club gigs ftw;)
Also saw the guys and got a picture with liam at the airport.
