Highlights by Fifer:
Everyone I was with wanted to see Eminem so I was left on my own to go and see the Prodigy, not that it bothered me! Free reign too do as you wish! I don’t know who the hell came up with Fuel my fire? The poison fill was the only difference in the set. Hearing the new thunder in the flesh was fucking awesome! The crowd was pretty fucking amazing and the sound wasn’t too bad either. A couple of times I seen acts at the main stage and the sound was fucking terrible. I don’t know if it was the wind or what but it totally ruined Kasabian for me last night. I heard Eminem was the same! Also the stupid cunt came on the stage and shouted “what’s up Edinburgh.”
People kept on setting up mosh circles, there was one point in SMBU when the beats were building, just before they dropped I was somehow the only one to run into the middle of this fucking huge one, jumping in the air as it kicked in followed by a surge of people during which time some prick punched me and knocked my hat off! Great fun! As always, they killed it! Great show and as usual were appreciative of the crowd!
Other highlights of the weekend was definitely DJ Yoda in the slam tent, he fucking killed it man. Faithless and Biffy were great too.

Highlights by nme.com:
The Prodigy headlined T In The Park’s NME/Radio 1 stage tonight (July 10) – which even saw Keith Flint ride a security guard.
They were going head to head with Eminem on the bill – the Detroit rapper’s presence in the Main Stage headlining slot meant that the Essex band’s set was predominantly attended by hardcore fans of the band, ensuring a riotous atmosphere.
MC Maxim acknowledged the fans’ loyalty, frequently shouting out to the crowd to assert that: “If you ain’t fuckin’ here, you ain’t fuckin’ nowhere.”
The Essex group drew heavily from their most recent album, ’Invaders Must Die’ and during ’Warrior’s Dance’ from that record singer Keith Flint ran down into the pit, swiping a Scottish flag from a fan before riding across the front row on a security guard’s shoulders.
After a ferociously-loud rendition of ’Smack My Bitch Up’, the band went off stage before returning to play ’Take Me To The Hospital’, which the crowd sang along to. They closed with ’Their Law’, the band’s tirade against the criminalisation of rave culture, as Flint gurned to the cameras.
